I was recently referred by a close friend who had been ill with pneumonia and who had decided she wanted to treat her body right. I had also been through some illness so thought it would be a good idea to increase my hydration and health level with something. Optimiise seemed perfect I have only tried the raspberry flavour and it’s really delicious. I am happy with the product and now in my 4th month. Good price. I came across Optimiise when I was looking for clean electrolyte for when I didn’t have time to make my own. I’d tried a few shop bought ones and found them extremely sweet and they were also full of nasties. I started using Optimiise towards the end last year when I wasn’t training and extremely rundown and was feeling like I was constantly on the verge of getting a cold/flu. I started taking Optimiise first thing in the morning instead of my normal cup of tea, it was the cold season so decided to mix one teaspoon in a mug with hot water, and I’d have 3 or 4 of these throughout the day. I found it really helped me fight off the cold/flu as I never actually got ill and it also helped boost my energy.

I’ve since started marathon training and I use Optimiise both before and after my runs and also during my long runs and during some races. I’m still having it as hot drink in the mornings and throughout the day. I expect during the summer I will just switch to have it with cold water but during the winter it’s good hot.

I’ve have both the raspberry and the lemon&lime flavours and like both. I really like it and would definitely recommend it anyone.
